Programme Overview

This role will play a key part in the overall growth of the organisation and in maintaining Sysco’s core ethos of keeping the customer at the heart of everything it does.

The Programme

Sysco’s 2027 Accounting and Finance Graduate Programme is designed to develop future leaders by providing a unique environment where you will be challenged daily to prepare for future business leadership roles. The Finance team is an integral part of the business at every level, and it is a fast-paced, exciting team that lives in real time.

The Finance Graduate Scheme runs over three years. You will spend time across the Finance function, business partnering with other areas of the business including Operations, Sales and Merchandising, while studying for your accountancy qualification. From day one you will gain hands-on experience while broadening your technical know-how. Because only a select few are hired, the programme offers unparalleled opportunities and exposure to key leadership within the business.

Requirements

• 2:1 or above (realised or predicted) in a relevant Accountancy or Business degree
• A solid understanding of, and demonstrated interest in, finance
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
• Strong commercial awareness and career motivation
• Available to start in September 2027
• Full clean driving licence and access to your own transport
