Role Overview
The Accounts Assistant will support the
finance function in maintaining accurate financial records, processing
transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
This is an on-site role requiring close collaboration with the finance team and
other departments to ensure efficient and timely financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable: Process invoices, match
to PO, supplier reconciliations
Accounts Receivable: Issue invoices,
Bank & Cash: Bank reconciliations, post
receipts, track cash flow
General Ledger: Journals, accruals,
month-end support
Reporting & Admin: Reports, audit
support, stakeholder liaison
Expenses: collating and posting of expense
journals
Assisting with process improvement plan
Reconciling stock movement
Various other roles
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time management
skills
Ability to work independently and as part
of a team
Strong communication skills
