largest Alumina Refinery in Europe. It also supplies low carbon power to

as being in the top 5% most energy efficient alumina refineries of the world.

We are seeking an
Administrator to join our team on a 12 month Fixed Term Specified Purpose
Contract

 

The Role:

The role is based
in a professional office environment. You will join an administration team within
our Knowledge Management Department with responsibility for providing
administrative support to our Plant  teams.

Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have
experience in a similar administrative role or relevant qualification.  They will be a highly motivated individual who
can work on their own initiative with;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

·        
High proficiency in ME Excel and visual
presentation of data (training will be provided)

·        
Strong interpersonal and communication
skills

·        
Ability to work independently and as part
of a team in a dynamic fast-paced work environment

·        
A passion for helping people

Responsibilities include:

·        
Administrative support to our Plant
departments, this role will be responsible for the
following:

    • Monitor
      and action the Admin helpdesk alerts
    • Work
      with department personnel to create/maintain relevant Work Desk
      Instructions
    • Initiate
      and maintain major outage checklists
    • Maintain
      and initiate resource checklists
    • Initiation
      of weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews
    • Complete
      document reviews

 

 

    • Attendance
      at team morning meetings
    • Maintain
      administrative budgets
    • Continuous
      improvement of work flows to deliver resource efficiencies

o  
Coordinate and construct stakeholder communication
packages

o  
Management and maintenance of files and
documentation, electronic and paper
