Boards of Management and School Secretaries throughout the year, providing
practical, responsive and professional support to help schools meet their
financial and statutory obligations.

 

The Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and
customer-focused Administrator to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will work alongside multiple
departments, assisting with financial administration, customer support and
general office operations while receiving comprehensive in-house training.

This position would suit someone who enjoys working with
people, has excellent organisational skills, enjoys variety and takes pride in
providing a high level of customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide administrative and
financial support across a number of departments including:

Bookkeeping - Assist with bookkeeping administration.

Revenue Compliance (RCT & VAT) - Support
preparation of RCT and VAT/PAYE returns.

Payroll Support - Liaise with schools regarding
payroll queries.

eTender School Meals Scheme - Assist with
administration of the School Meals procurement process.

Sales & Customer Support - Prepare quotations / Process
orders.

General Administration

  • Act
    as a key point of contact for schools by telephone and email.
  • Respond
    to customer queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide
    administrative support across all departments.
  • Support
    internal projects and process improvements.
  • Carry
    out general office administration as required.

 

The ideal candidate will possess:

Essential

  • Excellent

  • Excellent
    IT skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability
    to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Willingness
    to learn new systems and processes.

 

Desirable

  • Previous
    administration experience.
  • Experience
    in accounts, bookkeeping or finance administration.
  • Payroll
    experience.
  • Knowledge
    of Revenue Online Service (ROS).
  • Experience
    using accounting software.
  • Experience
    dealing with customers by telephone and email.
