AI Intern.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an AI Intern to help build and deploy AI-enabled workflows across our life
sciences venture capital firm. The role will focus on designing, building and implementing AI
workflows end-to-end, improving investment research, deal sourcing, portfolio monitoring,
internal operations, fundraising efforts and API-based data integrations through practical AI
tools and agents. You will get direct exposure to life science venture capital from and gain
insights into the unique dynamics of investing in innovation-driven, high-impact healthcare
startups.
The position is full-time and can be based in Dublin, Paris or Milan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI workflows across investment and operations functions in the
firm. - Build internal AI agents to automate repetitive investment and operational tasks.
• Develop back-end integrations with APIs, databases, CRMs, research platforms, and
internal tools. - Help structure and clean data sources to make them usable for AI-powered analysis.
- Generate key documentation and conduct team training on workflows.
- Ensure data governance policy is applied to AI-assisted work.
- Maintain record of implemented workflows.
- Support fundraising efforts through data crunching and investor mapping based on
defined criteria. - Prepare and tailor outreach emails and communication materials according to different
investor typologies. - Explore potential integrations between AI tools and existing databases and CRM
systems
Ideal candidate:
- Studying or recently graduated in computer science, engineering, data science,
bioinformatics, or a related technical field. - Regular, hands-on use of AI tools through personal projects, academic work or self
directed. - Strong Python skills and experience working with APIs, databases, and back-end
systems. - Familiarity with LLMs, agents, RAG, workflow automation, and AI tooling.
- Interest in life sciences, biotech, medtech, venture capital, or healthcare innovation.
• Practical, self-directed, and comfortable building fast prototypes in a business
environment. - Clear communicator who can translate technical ideas into usable tools for non
technical teams.
