Applied AI Delivery Associate
Part-time (minimum 20 hours per week) | Fully remote | For current university students | Up to EUR 20/hr (depending on experience), plus the possibility of an equity entitlement)

Pebbly Beach AI is the trusted guide to the AI evolution for quality small and medium enterprises. We run twelve-month transformation programmes for SMEs through Kelpie, our governed AI work platform. You will work on live client programmes alongside our senior delivery team.
The role
This is a paid part-time associate role for a current university student (penultimate or final year preferred). You support senior delivery leads on live SME engagements: preparing sessions, documenting decisions, building and testing workflows in Kelpie, and helping client staff adopt AI.
Working hours: minimum 20 hours per week, flexible around study schedules and exam periods. Strong performers approaching graduation may be offered a full-time Forward Deployed Engineer role.
What you will do
- Help deliver Leadership AI training and staff workshops
- Support data mapping and cleanup for live client agents
- Help onboard clients onto Kelpie and monitor adoption
- Help research, build and test agentic workflows in Kelpie
- Take standup notes, maintain action logs and draft client updates
Who you are
Current student at a recognised university. Fields include business, information systems, computer science, engineering, economics, or similar. What matters: clear writing, finishing tasks without constant supervision, comfort with people, genuine interest in AI, and balancing university work with client deadlines.
Location and travel
Fully remote. No regular travel required. You must have the legal right to work in your country of residence.
Pay
EUR 20 per hour cash + 25% equity component (EUR 5.00/hr equity = EUR 25.00/hr total package).
