Assistant Cook Trainee

Your Main Responsibilities
· Assist in preparing ingredients (e.g., washing, peeling, chopping, cutting) for daily menu requirements.
· Support in cooking and plating dishes according to recipes, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
· Follow kitchen policies, hygiene regulations, and safety procedures at all times.
· Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation and kitchen environment.
· Uphold high standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and professional appearance.

· Good command of English language.
· EU citizenship (eligibility to work in Greece).
· A kind, respectful, and pleasant personality.
· Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
