We are looking for a Graduate Assistant Digital Project Manager to join GagaMuller. You will collaborate with experienced, diverse, and passionate teams while gaining hands-on experience across BIM, Information Management, Digital Construction, and Project Management.

The Opportunity:
The Graduate Assistant Digital Project Manager will join GagaMuller's Digital team, supporting the delivery of BIM, Information Management, and Digital Construction services across major construction and infrastructure projects throughout Ireland and Europe.
Working alongside experienced Digital Project Managers, BIM Managers, Project Managers, Design Teams, Contractors, and Client stakeholders, you will receive structured mentoring while developing your understanding of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), Information Management processes, Common Data Environments (CDEs), and Digital Project Delivery.
This role provides an excellent foundation for graduates looking to develop into future Digital Project Managers, BIM Managers, or Information Managers while gaining exposure to some of Europe's most advanced data centre and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
1. Scope & Delivery Management
- Assist with the implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), Information Management Plans (IMPs), and digital delivery strategies.
- Support project teams throughout planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover phases.
- Help monitor BIM deliverables and project milestones across multiple projects.
- Assist with project planning, resource coordination, and digital delivery activities.
- Learn how BIM and Digital Project Management supports successful project delivery.
2. Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with Digital Project Managers, BIM Managers, Project Managers, Design Teams, Contractors, and Client stakeholders.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings, workshops, and project reviews.
- Assist in coordinating project communications relating to BIM and Digital Construction.
- Support collaboration between design, construction, scheduling, commercial, and project controls teams.
- Build strong working relationships across multidisciplinary project teams.
3. Risk & Compliance Management
Support compliance with BIM standards, Information Management requirements, and project governance procedures.
- Assist with Common Data Environment (CDE) management and document control processes.
- Learn how to identify and escalate BIM coordination risks and project issues.
- Support quality assurance reviews of BIM models and project information.
- Assist with implementing ISO 19650 aligned information management processes.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare project reports, BIM progress updates, meeting minutes, and stakeholder presentations.
- Maintain project records, action trackers, and digital reporting documentation.
- Support model audits and digital compliance reporting.
- Assist with managing project documentation within Autodesk Construction Cloud and other CDE platforms.
- Support preparation of digital handover information and asset documentation.
5. Collaboration & Integration
- Work collaboratively with Digital, BIM, Design, Project Management, Scheduling, Commercial, and Construction teams.
- Learn how BIM integrates with project controls, scheduling, cost management, and construction delivery.
- Support the adoption of digital construction technologies and BIM best practice.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Digital and BIM services.
- Develop your technical and professional skills through mentoring and project experience.

Qualifications
- Recently completed or currently completing an NFQ Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, BIM, Digital Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in Digital Construction, BIM, and Project Management.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exposure to Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), or BIM 360 is advantageous but not essential.
- What Experience We are Looking for
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years' experience within BIM, Digital Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Placement, internship, university project, or graduate experience using BIM software is desirable.
- An interest in Digital Project Management, BIM, and Information Management.
- Basic understanding of BIM processes and collaborative working environments.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), or BIM 360 is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within a collaborative project environment.
