Baker

We are currently seeking a Baker to join and support our talented Bakery team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation, baking and finishing of a range of high-quality baked goods.
  
• Follow established recipes, preparation methods and quality standards.
  
• Ensure all food is prepared, handled and stored in line with food safety and hygiene requirements.
  
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety throughout the kitchen and bakery areas.
  
• Assist with the receipt, storage and rotation of ingredients and stock.
  
• Support effective stock control and minimise food waste where possible.
  
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the bakery.
  
• Provide excellent service to customers where the role involves customer interaction.
  
• Follow all relevant company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements.

The Person

• 1 year Previous experience in a bakery, kitchen, food production or similar environment is desirable.
