Business English Tutor
Key Responsibilities • Deliver up to 4 hours per week of live Business English instruction through Microsoft Teams. • Facilitate interactive, learner-centered sessions focused on practical workplace communication skills, including meetings, presentations, networking, and professional correspondence. • Support participants in improving pronunciation, fluency, accent clarity, and overall confidence in communicating in international business settings. • Adapt lesson content and teaching approaches to meet the varying language proficiency levels and business needs of learners. • Foster an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment that encourages active participation and continuous improvement. • Provide timely, constructive feedback and recommendations to support ongoing language development and achievement of learning objectives.
What we’re looking for
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and engage effectively with working professionals. • Currently pursuing or holding a qualification in TESOL, TEFL, ESL, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. • Experience with, or confidence in, delivering virtual instruction using Microsoft Teams or similar online learning platforms. • Professional, dependable, culturally aware, and committed to creating a positive learning experience. • Ability to customize instruction and learning materials to address business communication and workplace-specific language needs. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prepare engaging lessons and manage learner progress. • Previous tutoring, teaching, coaching, or facilitation experience is preferred but not required
