Business Operations and Customer Service Associate
The Opportunity
This is a rare chance for a talented and motivated graduate to join a high-growth Irish femtech start-up at exactly the right moment — as we move from R&D to full commercial launch. You will work with the team across business operations and customer service, gaining genuine breadth of experience in a company that is changing lives.
Your language skills will open doors. As Coroflo expands into German- and French-speaking European markets, your ability to communicate naturally with customers, healthcare professionals, and partners in those markets will be central to our success.
As well as joining a highly motivated team, you'll have 25 days holidays and hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Support

Serve as a first point of contact for customers, healthcare providers, and retail partners — in English, German, and/or French

Respond to product queries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate clinical or technical matters as appropriate

Manage customer communications across email, live chat, and phone channels

Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer data and interaction records

Gather and synthesise customer feedback to inform product and service improvements

Help build out multilingual FAQ resources and customer-facing documentation
Business Operations

Support day-to-day operations including order processing and logistics coordination.

Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and internal briefings for the leadership team

Coordinate with retail partners on orders, queries, and replenishment

Support finance administration tasks including invoice tracking and purchase order management
-
Contribute to the development and documentation of internal processes and SOPs as the company scales
