Clinic Associate

As a Clinic Associate, you’ll receive full training to safely operate our state‑of‑the‑art hyperbaric oxygenation chambers— technology that applies principles of pressure and oxygen delivery to support recovery, and promote healing. You’ll combine hands‑on technical work with client support, clinic administration, customer care, and day‑to‑day clinic operations.
This role is ideal for anyone passionate about helping people achieve better health outcomes, eager to work with innovative medical equipment, and ready to make a tangible difference to clients’ lives. Sales experience is highly desirable as you will be engaging with potential clients and promoting our services, however, general experience dealing with the public is very helpful and experience in a health or wellness focused environment is also helpful.
Key Responsibilities
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Sessions
- Undertake comprehensive training to operate hyperbaric chambers safely and effectively
- Prepare and guide clients through treatments, monitoring their wellbeing and comfort throughout
- Maintain equipment cleanliness, safety, and readiness for each session
- Monitor and track hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions, and ensure adherence to health and safety requirements
Customer Service & Client Care
- Welcome clients warmly and ensure a positive experience
- Educate clients on services and treatment processes in clear, easy to understand language (You will receive training on the science behind HBOT)
- Handle in‑person, phone, and email inquiries promptly and professionally and keep appropriate records
Administrative Support
- Schedule and manage appointments accurately
- Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality compliance
Sales & Marketing
- Share information on additional services or packages that might benefit clients
- Participate in marketing initiatives and events to showcase the clinic and attract new clients
Team Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations
- Contribute to a supportive, positive workplace environment
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Leaving Certificate or equivalent — full training provided.
- Background or strong interest in medical technology, health sciences, wellness, fitness, sports performance/ recovery, healthcare, or related fields
- Customer service or sales experience is an advantage but not essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Certification or training in medical administrative or related fields is a plus.
