What The Job Involves

- This exciting 12-month program exposes graduates to both sales and solution engineering. Successful candidates can begin their Salesforce Sales careers.
- The program includes experienced Sales Development Buddies to provide coaching and Solution Engineer Buddies during the SE Rotation.
- Introduction Month: Extensive onboarding through a Salesforce-style academy.
- You will be immersed in the Salesforce culture and values.
- Develop an understanding of our solutions, technologies, and tools.
- Learn critical professional skills required for your career at Salesforce.
- The Graduate Program includes rotations in both Sales and Solution Engineering, with structured learning and hands-on experience.
- Gain exposure to senior sales and solution engineering professionals during inspiration sessions.
Sales Graduate Rotation
- Learn Salesforce's best-in-class prospecting and qualification methodologies.
- Effectively engage Salesforce prospects using social, digital, video, chat, and phone platforms.
- Collaborate with Sales Development Specialists to run campaigns and build the sales pipeline for the EMEA Sales organization.
Solution Engineering Graduate Rotation
- Learn our solutions at a deeper, more technical level.
- Support the creation of cutting-edge customer demonstrations.
- Learn the art of customer discovery and create a compelling customer point of view.
With opportunities to progress to Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, and Account Executive, the Graduate Program is an immersive experience designed to develop industry-leading Solution Engineering leaders.
