What you could be doing:

  • Provide support to the Company Secretarial and Governance team across a wide range of activities, including the maintenance of statutory records and corporate documentation. 

  • Assistwith the preparation of board minutes, resolutions and statutory filings. 

  • Work with teams such as Business Development, Tax, Legal and Finance to gather and verify information. 

  • Learn how to manage tasks, meet deadlinesand communicate clearly in a professional environment.

Candidate requirements:

  • You should be no more than 12 months post-graduation and available to take up a position no later than 30 September 2027

  • You should have no more than 12 months’ work experience (not including university placements, internships, summer jobs, etc.)

  • You must be eligible to live and work permanently inIreland

  • You will need to have a Degreeand/or Masters in a relevant discipline i.e.:Law, Law with Business, Corporate Governance or related field

  • A good levelof verbal and written English
