Role:
In this
role, you’ll support project managers and site teams in planning, coordinating,
and delivering construction projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Key
Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning and
scheduling - Support site management and daily
operations - Monitor project progress and report
on performance - Help manage budgets, costs, and
procurement - Coordinate with subcontractors,
suppliers, and clients - Ensure compliance with health &
safety regulations - Review drawings, specifications, and
contract - Participate in site meetings and
documentation - Help resolve on-site issues and
delays
Qualifications
& Experience
- Bachelor’s
degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying,
or a related discipline - Strong
understanding of construction methods, materials, and project lifecycles - Ability
to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents - Effective
communication skills, with the ability to liaise with site teams,
subcontractors, and clients - Good
organisational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple
tasks and deadlines - Problem-solving
skills with a proactive and practical approach to on-site challenges - Attention
to detail, particularly in relation to quality control and health &
safety compliance - Team-oriented
mindset with the ability to work independently when required - Basic
commercial awareness, including cost control and budgeting principles - Proficiency
in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with construction
software such as AutoCAD or project planning tools - Knowledge
of health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining safe
working environments - Willingness
to learn, adapt, and develop within a fast-paced construction environment
