Assist Corporate Governance Function within Castlelake Aviation in relation to the following:

  • Ensure Corporate Governance Function is compliant with all statutory and regulatory requirements across various jurisdictions. 
  • Schedule of and attend board meetings, collation of board papers and issue of board meeting invites, as required.
  • Support internal corporate transactions, intercompany reorganizations, and cross-business projects.
  • Deal with day-to-day queries and requests including preparation of first draft of corporate forms and ‘Know-Your-Client’ requests from counterparties and suppliers.
  • Assist with bank account opening requests and ongoing KYC requests and KYC refresh requests including preparation of draft board minutes, completion of or review of previous KYC forms and liaising with the bank as necessary with updates.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and liaise with aviation finance and legal team members to ensure timely conclusion of statutory requirements and relevant tasks to assist closing of transactions and projects.
  • Coordinate with external advisors, legal counsel, and auditors. The role also involves handling administrative duties such as organising signatures on documents in line with signing requirements, various auditor requests such as completion and organising signing of directors’ remuneration forms and solicitor letters in in advance of completion of their audit of each entity. Review and complete closing notice checklists for corporate governance following update of structure chart by head of department following completion of transactions.
  • Maintain and oversee the company statutory compliance tracking on all Castlelake aviation entities on our internal systems. Establish strong rapport with members of the finance, legal and tax team members as well as external service providers to ensure that requests for updates are completed to enable timely update of the tracker. 
  • Ensure timely and accurate upload of information to our internal systems. This includes checking that all corporate documents are properly executed and saved to our internal systems in accordance with company policies.
  • Accurate completion of all duties and responsibilities.
