Role Description 
The Customer Onboarding Representative (Commission-Based, Self Employed) will guide new customers through the onboarding journey to ensure they successfully adopt Arventa’s platform. 
This a remote project based commission based role is and focuses on helping startups, sole traders, and SMEs configure their accounts, set up core tools, and understand key features. Day-to-day tasks include conducting one-to-one onboarding sessions (in person and via video/phone), walking customers through product workflows, and answering questions about setup and best practices. The role also involves gathering feedback on the onboarding experience, collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and documentation, and proactively following up with new customers to drive activation and retention. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on a commission-based, self-employed basis and is motivated by delivering measurable results for customers.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service and Customer Support skills, to guide users through onboarding and issue resolution.Ability to foster positive Customer Experience and maintain high Customer Satisfaction through clear expectations, empathy, and follow-through.Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written) to explain technical concepts in accessible language and adapt to different customer needs.Proven experience in onboarding, account management, or a similar client-facing role, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or small business tools.Comfort working as a self-employed, commission-based professional, with strong time management and self-organization abilities.Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn product features in depth to provide hands-on guidance to customers.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify customer needs, escalate issues when required, and suggest process improvements.Eligibility to work on-site in Ireland; familiarity with the needs of European small businesses is a plus.
