Customer Success Executive

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Customer Success Executive who enjoys helping people, solving problems and delivering outstanding service to our customers.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop their career in a growing SaaS company serving the hospitality industry.
What you’ll be doing
As part of our Customer Success team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, supporting hospitality teams as they use Alkimii to manage their daily operations.
In this role you will:
• Respond to customer queries via phone and email in a timely and friendly manner
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through solutions using the Alkimii platform
• Ensure every interaction reflects the high standards of service our customers expect
• Work closely with the wider team to improve the customer experience
• Help customers get the most value from the platform by understanding how they use it in their operations
What success looks like in your first months
• You feel confident supporting customers and navigating the Alkimii platform
• Customers receive quick, helpful and friendly responses to their queries
• You build strong relationships with customers and become a trusted point of contact
• You contribute ideas to improve the support experience and internal processes
We think you’ll thrive in this role if you:
• Have previous experience in customer service or a customer-facing role
• Have experience working in hospitality or enjoy working with hospitality businesses
• Are organised and comfortable managing multiple conversations and priorities
• Communicate clearly and enjoy helping people solve problems
• Are proactive, curious and eager to learn new technology
Requirements
• Strong computer and technical skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Eligibility to work full-time in Ireland
