The role at a glance

As part of the ongoing development of RCSI’s School of Dentistry, we
are seeking to appoint a Dental Nurse to support the implementation of
new clinical and simulation-based teaching facilities. The simulated
dental learning environment and clinical facilities in Sandyford are
used by students each week, with the second Dental Education Centre
(DEC).

Reporting directly to the Senior Dental Nurse, the successful
candidate will provide hands-on support across both the simulated and
clinical environments. This includes assisting with the setup,
maintenance, and day-to-day operations of the Simulated Dental Learning
Environment (SDLE), as well as delivering high-quality support in the
clinical setting, and in the Local Decontamintation Unit (LDU).
