Development of a front-end interface for enabling genome-scale metabolic modelling
We are inviting open applications from current computer science students with a demonstrable interest in tackling health challenges through digital skills. The project focuses on developing a front-end user interface to perform constraint-based reconstruction and analysis, specifically flux balance analysis. If you have an interest in front-end development, demonstrable skills in Javascript (and optionally Python, Docker, or Matlab), email your CV and short cover letter to Prof. Ines Thiele (ines.thiele@universityofgalway.ie).
