Marketing Executive

UHL is seeking a
Digital Marketing Executive to join their well-established Irish retail
business supporting a nationwide network of over 120+ independently owned
stores.

Based out of
Citywest and reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, the successful candidate
will support the planning, execution and optimisation of digital marketing
activity across the Homevalue brand.

The role will
focus on strengthening Homevalue’s digital presence through social media,
digital campaigns and content creation, supporting national promotions and
store-led marketing initiatives.

Working closely
with the marketing and ecommerce  team,
stores and external partners, the successful candidate will help deliver
engaging content that showcases Homevalue’s products, expertise and strong
local community connections.

The role
requires a creative and commercially aware marketer with strong organisational
skills, an eye for engaging content and the ability to manage multiple projects
in a fast-paced environment.


Key responsibilities 

·        
Manage Homevalue’s social media
channels including content planning, scheduling, and community engagement.

·       Support the planning and
execution of digital marketing campaigns aligned with national retail
promotions and seasonal trading activity.

·       Create engaging digital content
including posts, photography, graphics and short-form video to promote
products, promotions and store activity.

·        Travel to Homevalue stores
nationwide to capture authentic content including product demonstrations, staff
expertise, customer projects and local community initiatives.

·       Work with Homevalue stores to
source local stories, promotions and marketing activity that can be showcased
across national digital channels.

·       Work with UHL suppliers to
collaborate on campaigns and content creation

·       Support the delivery and
promotion of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid
social activity and store events.

·       Monitor digital marketing
performance including engagement, reach and campaign results, providing
insights and recommendations for improvement.

·       Collaborate with external
agencies, designers and content partners to produce high-quality digital
marketing assets while ensuring all activity aligns with Homevalue’s brand
identity and messaging.

·       Monitor social media trends,
digital tools and platform developments to identify opportunities to improve
engagement and reach.

·       Support the promotion and
execution of marketing events including head office initiatives, store events
and charity activities such as Barretstown, including capturing content for
digital channels.

·      Ensure all digital marketing
activity aligns with Homevalue’s brand identity and messaging.


Requirements

·        
Third level qualification in
Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.

·        
Strong copywriting and content
creation skills.

·        
Strong digital content creation skills including photography, short-form video and social media posts.
