Early Years Teacher

The Ideal Candidate must have the
following;

• BA Level 7 in the Early years or level 8 would be an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to ensure the health and safety of children and staff
  by following our policies and procedures.
• Be able to work in a high energy environment, creating positive
  learning experiences for children
• The ideal candidate must be child focused, enthusiastic,
  self-motivated and be able to work as part of a team
• Willing to take part in Training - At Lios na nÓg Playgroup we
  encourage and support our staff to continue with their education and
  continual personal development.  
• Have an inclusive approach to practice
• A knowledge of Aistear 
• A good knowledge of Early Years and School Aged Childcare Regulations and policies
• Be willing to work with all age groups attending Lios na nÓg.  Our children are from the age of 2 years to 12 years.

Full Time Staff work 35 hours per week 

Part Time Staff work between 20 hours to 25 hours per week.
