EHS Specialist - Galway city
Responsibilities:
·
Manage and report all environmental metrics monthly
and complete environmental report (AER) & Environmental Performance
Report (EPR) annually.
·
Ensure TK Galway is compliant with all TT Standard
work, ISO (14001, 45001, 50001), EPA & IED requirements.
·
Reduce the sites greenhouse gas emissions (energy,
waste, water, volatile organic compounds and refrigerant losses) and achieve
2030 Carbon neutrality for the TK Galway site.
·
Provide Environmental support for the manufacturing
of current and new Truck & Trailer products to world-class standards
ensuring that products are built in the safest and most environmentally
efficient manner.
·
Support with standard work relating to our chemical processes’ particular
focus on electric coating & waste water treatment processes.
·
Develop, implement & support Health and safety programs to reduce
our Lost Time Injury Rate (LTIR) and Total Incident Rate (TRIR) to achieve
world class standards.
·
Competence in Ergonomic essential & using various tools and methods
for assessing ergonomic risks, such as observational techniques,
questionnaires, and direct measurements.
Ability to identify ergonomic issues and develop practical solutions
that improve user experience and system efficiency.
- Manage the site’s Connect & Engage
and ABC program’s ensuring that all audits and corrective actions are completed on
schedule
