Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of development programmes
- Collaborate with local partners, stakeholders, and volunteers
- Contribute to project reporting, documentation, and evaluation
- Assist in capacity-building initiatives and training sessions
- Ensure activities align with organizational goals and compliance standards
- Represent VSO UZB in meetings, workshops, and community engagements
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about social impact and community development
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates problem-solving ability and adaptability
- Can work independently as well as in a team environment
- Has relevant experience in development, project coordination, or related fields
