Entry Level - Investment Advice Associate
What is the opportunity?
We have an exciting opportunity for an Investment Advice Associate to join the Wealth Governance team in our Dublin office.
You'll play a key role in delivering investment services to our clients, ensuring adherence to our policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements whilst supporting the Front Office.
This is an ideal role if you're looking to begin your career in Wealth Management.
This is a permanent, full-time role and requires 4 days in the office at our Dublin office.
What will you do?
- Support the Wealth Governance Team in performing monitoring and reviews of Front Office controls and assisting Investment Managers in the completion of ongoing suitability reviews

Conduct monitoring of Front Office activities using regular and exception-based monitoring approaches

Review the effectiveness of controls to identify opportunities for improvement

Assist in the preparation of client communications, particularly in relation to client service reviews

Produce and analyse Management Information for stakeholders

Work collaboratively with Investment Managers and IM Support Teams to ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Prepare reports for internal stakeholders and Committees

Support business development through the correct application of processes and procedures

Robust communication skills and ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues

Demonstrable knowledge of MiFID regulations

Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
