We are currently undergoing an exciting commercial evolution, transitioning from exclusive bespoke commissions into a premium, specialized Ready-to-Wear collection.

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated, business-minded student or graduate for the role of Fashion Brand & Sales Development Assistant.This is a highly flexible, part-time position (5 hours per week) designed to fit around a university timetable. Working closely with the founder, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the brand's commercial footprint, helping transition our luxury aesthetic into the boutique wholesale market.
This role offers an incredible, hands-on opportunity to build a high-impact portfolio in luxury fashion brand management and business development.
Key Responsibilities
•Boutique Outreach & Sales Development: Research, map, and establish contact with independent luxury fashion boutiques and stockists across Ireland and Europe to introduce the new Ready-to-Wear line.
•Brand & Marketing Support : Assist in crafting compelling digital content, managing social media scheduling, and developing brand storytelling to elevate our online presence.
•Wholesale Coordination: Help compile lookbooks, linesheets, and professional email pitches for potential retail partners.
•Administrative Support: Manage basic correspondence with potential stockists and maintain organized tracking of sales leads.What We Are Looking For
•A current student or recent graduate in Fashion & Retail Business, Fashion Buying & Management, Marketing , or a related discipline at TU Dublin.
•A passion for luxury fashion, aesthetics, and the "slow fashion" movement.
•Strong written communication skills with a professional, confident phone/email manner.•An entrepreneurial mindset—someone who is organized, self-motivated, and excited by the challenge of growing a boutique business.
Hours, Compensation & Benefits
•Hours: 5 hours per week (highly flexible schedule to accommodate lectures and exams).
•Location: Remote / Flexible (with occasional check-ins via phone/Zoom or at the Carlow studio).
•Pay Structure:Hourly rate of €14.15 per hour, plus a highly competitive, generous percentage commission bonus on all wholesale orders and boutique stockists successfully secured.
•Holiday Allowance: Statutory paid annual leave accrued precisely in line with hours worked (8% of hours worked, per Irish employment law).
