Food & Beverage Supervisor

The Wilder Townhouse is a residents-only 42-bedroom
boutique hotel. It is located in the heart of Dublin. Set in a beautifully
restored Victorian townhouse, we offer guests a unique blend of historic charm
and contemporary luxury. Our team takes great pride in delivering warm,
intuitive service to both leisure and business travellers alike

We are seeking a passionate and personable part
time Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our small, dynamic team. This
role involves delivering exceptional guest experiences during breakfast
service, bar and lounge offerings. The ideal candidate will have a natural
flair for hospitality, a positive attitude, and a strong eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver
  warm, professional, and attentive service to guests at all times.
• Serve
  beverages and light food offerings in the bar area.
• Maintain
  cleanliness and presentation of the dining areas in accordance with
  hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist
  with stock control, ordering, and receiving deliveries.
• Handle
  guest queries and requests in a confident and courteous manner.
• Ensure
  all food and drink is served to brand standards.
• Collaborate
  with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Uphold
  the unique atmosphere and standards of The Wilder brand.

Requirements

• Previous
  experience in a similar food & beverage or customer-facing role
  preferred.
• A good
  knowledge of cocktails
• A
  friendly, enthusiastic personality with a passion for service.
• Strong
  communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability
  to work both independently and as part of a small team.
• Flexible
  with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Barista
  and/or bar experience an advantage.
• A
  working knowledge of food safety and HACCP is desirable.
