SkillzCollab is a growing creative collaboration platform that connects businesses, brands, students, and creative professionals. We are building a platform where businesses can discover creative talent, share projects and briefs, and collaborate with emerging professionals.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our growing technical team and help build, improve, and scale the SkillzCollab platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain both frontend and backend features of the SkillzCollab platform.

• Build responsive, user-friendly web interfaces.

• Develop and integrate APIs, databases, and backend services.

• Work closely with the product, design, marketing, and business teams.

• Fix bugs, improve performance, and maintain application security.

• Develop new features based on business and user requirements.

• Integrate third-party APIs and services when required.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and technical documentation.

• Help improve the overall scalability and reliability of the platform.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Experience with a modern frontend framework such as React, Next.js, or Vue.js.

• Backend development experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technologies.

• Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

• Understanding of REST APIs and third-party API integrations.

• Familiarity with Git/GitHub and version control.

• Understanding of responsive design and web application development.

• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.

• Experience with CI/CD and deployment workflows.

• Knowledge of Docker.

• Experience with authentication and payment integrations.

• Experience working with AI APIs or AI-powered applications.

• Previous experience working with startups, SaaS platforms, marketplaces, or collaboration platforms.
