Event Customer Care Team - Galway
Sword are recruiting for Event Customer Care Team Members for Galway Races.
Responsibilities
· Work alongside our operations team to deliver excellent customer care services.
· Provide information and direction to customers
· Comply with the instructions of your team leader
· Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.
Requirements
· Must be 18 years old.
· Proven experience in a customer care or steward role is preferred.
· A positive and energetic approach to your job.
· Must be willing to work as part of the team.
· Ability to be on your feet for an extended period.
· Excellent communication skills.
· The ability to smile!
Salary: €14.25 per hour & Sunday Premium
