Finance & Accounting Graduate Programme
The Finance & Accounting Graduate Programme is a 36-month structured programme that provides participants three 12-month rotations across different areas of our Global Business including:
- Manufacturing Finance
- R&D Finance
- Procurement Finance
- Strategic Finance
- Financial Accounting

Each rotation will have a different focus where participants will become skilled in various key financial areas, including:
- Budgeting
- Forecasting
- Month End Reporting
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Balance Sheet Review
- Capital Investments
- New Product Costing
- Savings Calculation and Analysis
- Materials Standard Costing
- Business Case Appraisal
- Preparation of Statutory financials
- Irish tax
- Internal tax reporting
- External Audit Process
What You Need?
- Candidates must have already attained or be on course to attain a 2.1 result in a Level 8 or above in a Finance/Business/Accounting discipline-based Degree.
- Candidates must have/will have attained the above between June 2024 and Sept 2026.
- Self-starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, analytical & problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- The individual should enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic and results orientated team environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively work cross-functionally and with global teams.
Ireland Pay Ranges:
- Ireland: €40,000 - €67,000 EUR Annual
