We have an opportunity for a recent Graduate to join our Personal Lines team providing home and motor insurance solutions to our customers. Joining a team of over 50 dedicated insurance professionals, you will gain excellent training in insurance broking and provide a first-class service to our new and existing customers. This role will suit candidates with some experience in fast-paced, customer-facing roles. Insurance provides a host of lucrative career opportunities and this Account Handler position offers an excellent entry point to the industry.
What You’ll Do
- Providing tailored insurance quotations for personal cars, vans, and homes.
- Manage customer policies, renewals, and claims.
- Process documentation and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay informed about insurance products and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Work as part of a supportive team, with opportunities for training and development.
What We’re Looking For
- Recent Graduate in an Insurance or Business related Degree or Masters
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in an office, customer service, or sales role is an advantage but not essential
