Build RAG pipelines, multi-agent workflows and document
ingestion processes

Support Azure AI Search, Document Intelligence, OpenAI
API and Graph integrations

•    
Translate regulatory SOPs and QMS content into
structured AI-readable workflows

•    
Build prototype environments, demo systems and MVPs for
pilot customers

•    
Python / FastAPI backend development and technical
documentation

Customer Implementation

•    
Support end-to-end platform deployments at enterprise
life sciences customers

•    
Participate in requirements workshops and solution
design sessions

•    
Map customer processes to platform modules: Document
Management, CAPA, Audit, Clinical Evaluation, PMS

•    
Produce URS, FDS and process flow diagrams under
Technical Director guidance

•    
Support validation, data ingestion, integration testing
and customer training

Continuous Improvement

•    
Capture customer feedback and surface product gaps to
engineering team

•    
Contribute to implementation methodology, training
materials and delivery playbook

Support integrations with SharePoint, LIMS, ERP and regulatory databases



Essential

•    
Degree (or final year) in Computer Science, AI,
Software Engineering, Data Science, Biomedical Engineering or related STEM

•    
Python, APIs/JSON/REST, Git and backend fundamentals

•    
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills



Desirable

•    
Azure AI (AI Search, Document Intelligence, OpenAI on
Azure)

•    
RAG architectures, vector search, LLM-based
applications

•    
Microsoft Graph, Dataverse, Power Platform or
SharePoint

•    
Cloud deployment, CI/CD or containerisation
