Graduate Baker

We are looking for an enthusiastic bread baker.

You will work closely with our head baker (20+years experience) on a variety of breads from sourdough, yeasted (ciabatta, focaccia, pizza, bagel) and enriched doughs (brioche).

Primary Activities & Roles

• Mixing doughs, managing fermentation, scaling, shaping, proofing, baking
• Ability to follow recipe processes to ensure consistency and quality
• Ability to contribute to menu creation and development
• Making sauces, creams and fillings
• Keeping an organised and clean work station

Minimum Qualifications

• A minimum of six month(s) experience in a bakery/professional kitchen
• Degree or postgraduate in Culinary Arts /Baking/ Confectionary (preferred)
• Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday 05.30-13.30

Pay: €16.00-€18.00 per hour 

Expected hours: 35 – 40hrs per week
