Graduate Design Engineer - Dundalk

DDC is a trusted provider of fire protection design across a wide range of sectors, including data centres, commercial, residential, pharmaceutical, and healthcare. As demand for our specialist services continues to rise, we are seeking graduate design engineers to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• To carry out engineering design activities in a proficient and professional manner.

• Create 3D data-rich information models in accordance with BIM industry standards.

• Design and develop fire sprinkler designs in accordance with industry standards.

• Coordinate designs with mechanical, electrical, and fire protection services.

• Attend coordination meetings and contribute to design discussions as required.

Essential Requirements:

• Candidates must hold an honours degree in engineering or a related discipline, with mechanical engineering preferred.

• Alternatively, candidates who have not yet graduated must currently hold a minimum 2:1 average in their engineering programme.
