Join Our Electrical Engineering Programme 2026
RPS is looking for graduates to join our Electrical Engineering Programme for 2026. As part of a leading global multi-disciplinary consultancy, you'll work on shaping the future of our environmental, social, and economic landscapes. Our projects span all areas of the built and natural environment, creating shared value in an urbanizing and resource-scarce world.
Role Overview
You'll be part of a strong team of knowledgeable consultants, offering you the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career. Training will be provided in giving support and assistance across various projects and technical areas. You'll offer consultancy advice to clients and contribute to the team’s success through effective project delivery and nurturing key client relationships.
Qualifications Required
To be considered for our graduate programme, you should be on track to achieve a relevant degree in one of the following disciplines:
- BEng or MEng
- Electrical Engineering or related discipline (e.g., Building Services, Energy, Sustainability)
We value and encourage diverse ideas, perspectives, and styles of thinking. We seek a mix of experiences and skills to develop innovative ideas that positively shape our clients’ projects.
Working at RPS
We offer work flexibility, with agile offices and hybrid working as standard. As an accredited training provider, we support your learning and development. You'll have a personal development plan and a transparent career pathway, empowering you to take charge of your career. A career at RPS is unique; you're not just a number but a part of the solution.
Why Choose RPS?
In January 2023, RPS became a part of Tetra Tech, with over 28,000 employees in more than 550 offices worldwide. As a Tetra Tech company, RPS offers market-leading development and project opportunities to help solve some of the world's most complex problems.
Application Process
Submitting a CV and Covering Letter is mandatory for the selection process as applications without these will not be processed. In your covering letter, express why you're interested in RPS and the discipline you're applying for. Share a bit about yourself as an individual.
If successful, you will be invited to an interview—a chance to meet the team you could potentially work with, showcase your skills and suitability for the role, and ask questions about the role's day-to-day activities.
