Role Overview:

- Permanent position supporting contract acquisition and maintenance project delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Site Maintenance Technical Team with preventative maintenance identification, analysis, design, costing, and implementation
- Perform data collection for investment grade audits
- Assist plant Engineers with site surveys during utilities project planning phases
- Review and analyze equipment performance specifications from suppliers and contractors
- Support tender evaluation processes
- Assist maintenance team with schedule and budget development
- Develop monitoring and targeting systems for existing and new JLL sites
- Create key performance indicators for long-term energy reduction delivery and maintenance
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy, or Building Services
- Recent graduate or expected graduation from relevant course
- Knowledge in energy auditing, consumption forecasting, and energy modeling
- Life cycle and capital cost/benefits analysis experience
Theoretical knowledge of industrial energy systems:
- Steam systems
- Electrical generation and distribution
- Renewable energy systems
- Compressed air
- Refrigeration
- Nitrogen generation
Professional Development:
- Desire to learn markets, policies, and support mechanisms
- Interest in achieving Chartered Energy Manager (CEM)/Energy Engineer (CEE) status
- Opportunity to pursue Certified Measurement & Verification Practitioner (CMVP) certification
