Graduate Graphic Designer

Universal Graphics is one of Ireland's leading graphic
design, print, signage, and branding companies. We are looking for a Graduate
Graphic Designer to join our growing team in Monaghan.

This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and
ambitious designer who is passionate about design, branding, and visual
communication and wants to develop their skills in a fast-paced, professional
environment.

About the Role

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our
design, sales, and production teams to create artwork for a wide range of
projects including:

• Vehicle
  graphics and fleet branding
• Signage
  and wayfinding systems
• Large-format
  print
• Shopfronts
  and retail displays
• Exhibition
  and promotional graphics
• Corporate
  branding and marketing materials
• Marketing
  content

You will be involved in projects from concept through to
production, gaining valuable hands-on experience across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Create
  and amend artwork for print, signage, and branding projects
• Prepare
  production-ready files for manufacturing and print
• Work
  with customers and internal teams to develop creative solutions
• Ensure
  artwork meets brand and technical specifications
• Assist
  with design concepts, mock-ups, and visual presentations
• Manage
  multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Support
  the wider design team with day-to-day creative tasks

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Qualification
  in Graphic Design or a related field
• Proficiency
  in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign), Affinity
  or similar design software
• Strong
  attention to detail
• Good
  communication and organisational skills
• Ability
  to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive
  attitude and willingness to learn
