Graduate Implementation Specialist (CMMS)
We are looking for a Graduate Implementation Specialist to join our implementation team supporting the deployment of the Pemac CMMS platform for customers across regulated industries.
About the Role
This role is ideal for graduates interested in software implementation, reliability engineering, and IT project delivery. You will gain hands-on experience working with customers to configure and deploy enterprise software that supports maintenance operations and asset management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the implementation and configuration of the CMMS platform for new customers
- Support clients during onboarding, system setup and go-live
- Deliver basic user training and guide system usage
- Document customer workflows and system configurations
- Collaborate with internal teams to support successful project delivery
- Develop knowledge of maintenance management and industry best practices
What We’re Looking For
- Degree-level qualification
- Strong interest in technology and enterprise software
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team

- Interest in engineering, operations or maintenance processes
- Full driving licence
Location & Travel
- Based in the Cork office, with travel to client sites across Ireland and occasional travel to the UK.
