The Role
We are seeking a technically minded graduate to join
our Operations Team in a newly created, structured 2-year programme starting
September 2026.
The role focuses on:
·
Improving processes
·
Enhancing data
reporting and insights
·
Implementing automation
and AI-assisted tools
You will support strategic initiatives, helping to
enhance operational efficiency and strengthen data-driven decision-making. This
role provides hands-on experience across multiple functions, enabling the
graduate to develop broad expertise in operations and digital innovation within
a professional association environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI & Digital Transformation
·
Identify opportunities
to streamline workflows and reduce manual workloads.
·
Support the evaluation
and implementation of AI-assisted tools and automation solutions.
·
Act as a “Digital
Champion,” creating guides, resources, and training materials to promote
responsible adoption of new technologies.
2. Data Analytics & Reporting
·
Develop and maintain
Management Information (MI) frameworks and analytics dashboards using tools
such as Power BI, Tableau, or Microsoft Lists.
·
Analyse data to
generate actionable insights supporting operational improvements.
·
Support integration of
analytics tools to improve reporting and monitoring across teams.
· Support, complete
periodic reporting and updating of relevant systems including multiple
platforms such as Storyblok, Microsoft CRM and SharePoint.
3. Systems & Operational Support
· Assist with the ongoing
development and improvement of internal systems, including the Member Portal CRM,
SharePoint and Storyblok.
·
Provide analytical and
operational support the business as needed, such as Public Affairs and Member
Services teams during peak cycles.
·
Contribute to
initiatives enhancing data accuracy and reducing duplication across systems.
4. Innovation & Capability Development
·
Promote continuous
improvement and responsible adoption of emerging digital tools.
·
Support initiatives
that foster innovation and operational excellence across the organisation.
What We Are Looking For
· Education: Recent graduate (2025 or 2026) with a degree in
Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, or
a business degree with strong digital/technical focus.
·
Technical Skills: Familiarity with data visualisation tools (Power
BI/Tableau) and Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Lists).
· AI &
Automation: Interest in practical
and ethical application of Generative AI and workflow automation.
·
Analytical
Mindset: Ability to interpret data,
identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
·
Communication
& Collaboration: Strong interpersonal
skills and ability to work across teams.
·
