What you'll do

Loyalty & CRM

The Loyalty & CRM Department is responsible for implementing effective and sustainable promotions and concepts through our Lidl Plus App that support the performance of our extensive store network across Ireland & Northern Ireland. As a member of the Loyalty and CRM team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer loyalty and engagement. You will contribute to the planning, implementation, and delivery of initiatives that enhance the customer relationship and achieve strategic objectives through effective CRM practices.

The department focuses on building long-term customer loyalty through targeted promotions and personalized communication. This involves analysing customer data and insights to define segmentation and targeting strategies, and collaborating with other departments such as Marketing, Purchasing, and Store Operations to ensure a cohesive customer experience.

What you'll need

  • An expected or attained 2.1 Honours Level 8 degree
  • Full driving licence is required
  • Flexibility to travel or relocate within Ireland is required
  • Motivation and drive
  • Strong personal skills
  • Work experience or experience abroad
  • German is an advantage but not a necessity
