Supplier Management - Packaging
We are seeking an organised, creative and motivated Graduate to join our Packaging team. The primary function of this role is to coordinate Lidl’s own brand packaging from artwork initiation until completion. The role will involve liaising with external service providers and internal departments to ensure all requirements are met on packaging.
- Responsible for the development of packaging for all Irish bought food products sold in Ireland & Northern Ireland (National) and abroad (Export), from creation through to print
- Overseeing all elements of packaging from project initiation to completion (including labelling and legal check, brand design and visual styling)
- Communicating between packaging manager, design agencies, the buying department, legal consultants, photographers, suppliers and printers
- Assisting the Packaging Manager in developing own-brand designs
- Managing regular updates to internal systems, records, and documentation.
- Assisting with ad hoc projects
What you'll need
- An expected or attained 2.1 Honours Level 8 degree
- Strong analytical skills and numeracy skills
- The ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
- Strong personal and communication skills
- Motivation and drive
- Flexibility to travel or relocate within Ireland is required
- Full driver’s licence is required
- German is an advantage but not a necessity
