We are committed to maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and professional development across our team.The Role We are seeking a motivated Junior or Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain substantial hands-on project experience within a busy development environment, supported by structured mentoring.Key Responsibilities• Assisting with cost planning and budget management• Supporting procurement and subcontractor package administration• Preparing and reviewing valuations and payment applications• Assisting with cost reporting and financial tracking of projects• Supporting the commercial management of projects from inception to completion• Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliersWhat We Offer• Direct exposure to live development projects• Strong hands-on experience across multiple project stages• Appropriate mentoring and support from experienced professionals• Opportunity to develop practical and commercial skills in a supportive environment• Competitive salary (commensurate with experience)Candidate Requirements• Degree (or final year) in Quantity Surveying or related discipline• Strong numerical and analytical skills• Good communication and organisational abilities• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn• Full driving licence & access to own vehicle (required for site visits)
