Graduate Site Engineer
The candidate would have the opportunity to be involved in medium to large scale technical civil engineering
public works contracts in Ireland, in sectors such as Marine, Road & Bridges, Rail and energy.
They would be assisting the Site Engineers and Site Agents with daily activities on site including:
• Setting out
•Quality control
•Design management
• Temporary works monitoring
• Monitoring and management of health and safety
•Planning and programming of activities
• Daily record keeping
• Cost control
• Measurement and procurement
• Resource management and subcontractor interaction
• Liaising with stakeholders and client’s representatives
The candidate would gain an excellent insight into the civil engineering industry in Ireland with an
opportunity to be mentored by the company owners who have a combined 60 years’ experience in the civil
engineering sector. They themselves are three Chartered Civil Engineers who graduated from the University
of Galway in 2002, 2004 and 2006 and have been involved in complex infrastructure works in Ireland and
the UK ever since.
