Graduate Surveyor-Building Surveying

Chartered Surveyors, an established Chartered Surveying practice in Dublin, has
an immediate opportunity for a full-time Graduate of Building Surveying.
The position will principally
involve residential building surveys, defect investigation, building pathology
and the preparation of comprehensive professional reports. The successful
candidate will work under the direction of experienced Chartered Surveyors and
receive structured training and professional support.
Applicants should possess a
recognised qualification in Building Surveying, Building Science or a related
construction discipline. Applications are welcomed from recent graduates and
candidates approaching completion of their degree.
The successful candidate should
have:
- A strong interest in residential building surveying
and building pathology - A sound understanding of traditional and modern
residential construction - Good written, analytical and communication skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part
of a professional team - A full driving licence and access to a suitable
vehicle
The practice will support the
successful candidate in progressing toward membership and Chartered status with
the SCSI and RICS.
Salary and benefits
