HSEQ Administrator
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Group Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental
Manager, the role of the HSQE Administrator is support-focused, ensuring the
HSQE function runs smoothly through effective administration, record-keeping,
and coordination, based in Claremorris Head Office.
Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain policies, procedures,
and controlled documents
·
Maintain registers of non-conformances and
corrective actions
·
Support audit scheduling, documentation, and
record-keeping (internal & external)
·
Track and report on KPIs through spreadsheets
and dashboards
·
Coordinate campaigns and initiatives with the
HSQE Team
·
Maintain environmental records (e.g., waste
transfer notes, permits, monitoring data)
·
Manage HSQE correspondence and day-to-day
administrative tasks
·
Ensure all records are stored in compliance with
data protection requirements
