The Role
The role of the HR internship/Graduate provides an excellent
opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions including
recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. This is a temporary position for a period of 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date confidential employee
records, HR documents, files, HR databases, contracts and agreements; - Support HR function to ensure compliance with employment law and regulations
across multiple jurisdictions; - Maintain posted workers portals and posted workers logs;
- Assist with recruitment and offboarding, including
posting job openings, screening candidate resumes and preparation of
documentation; - Support scheduling and coordinating interviews;
- Help onboard new employees;
- Assist in organising HR events and employee engagement
activities - Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks and
internal HR communications; - Provide Admin support to the HR Team as required;
- L&D Admin support e.g. scheduling and issuing
invitations to training events
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in
Human Resources - Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational
skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive
information - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint)
