We are seeking bright and enthusiastic Graduates to join our unique International Actuarial Graduate Programme on a four-year fixed-term contract.
Initiated in 2014, in the spirit of being Somewhat Different, the Graduate Programme offers the opportunity to work and travel as part of the global Hannover Network. At first, the Graduate will be based out of Dublin, supporting the Corporate Actuarial, Risk Management, P&C Actuarial, or L&H Pricing functions. This induction period (typically 12 - 18 months) serves as the foundation for the wider programme. Thereafter, we leverage your talent in supporting other worldwide offices in the Group. To date, support has extended to Bermuda, the U.S., Canada, Australia and Germany.
Our ambition is to continue growing this exciting initiative with ambitious and talented candidates. The programme actively supports graduates taking up full-time positions within the Group as they arise, and permanent placement of graduates is considered a key measure of success.
