The programme offers a rotational experience across a range of business areas, and each rotation is designed to help you develop the critical skills needed to accelerate your growth and career progression.
Throughout the programme you will strengthen your business, behavioural and technical capabilities while contributing to business-critical projects in a fast-paced environment. You will gain experience across the Customer, Advice, Corporate Client, HR and AI teams, collaborating with colleagues across the business to learn, develop and help build a better future.

- Contract: full time, fixed term contract of 30 months

- Strong technical proficiency, for example in the Microsoft Office Suite
Entry Requirements
- Achieved or expected to achieve a minimum 2.1 Honours Degree (or equivalent for universities outside Ireland)
- Full authorisation to work in Ireland, or a valid work permit for the full duration of the 30-month contract
