IT Helpdesk Engineers
Worksmart Business Solutions are
currently seeking IT Helpdesk Engineers for a growing company based in South
County Dublin. This role offers an opportunity to work with the latest
technology and grow within a progressive company
Our management and support of new and
existing systems, software, and infrastructure is tailored to our clients. As our
clients IT partner’s, we ensure the smooth operation of the technology
essential to them with real time monitoring, and customer support platform.
Skills and Qualifications
·
Experience in an IT
Helpdesk Platform or Technical Support role (1+ years preferred)
·
Windows Server 2012-2019
·
Microsoft Office 365
·
Familiarity with Active Directory
·
DNS/DHCP/TCP/IP
·
Firewalls/VPN
·
Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems.
·
Networking such as Security/Cisco/Microtik/Ubiquity
·
Any industry certifications such a MCSE, MCSA, MCITP, CCNA
would be advantageous
·
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
within the company
·
Work as part of a team
·
Excellent communication and customer service skills
both verbal and written
·
Full clean drivers licence essential
Key Responsibilities
·
Provide efficient
and professional IT support for clients via phone, email, remote assistance or
at our client’s premises
·
Troubleshoot and
resolve software, hardware and network issues for our clients
·
Set up, configuration
and installation of hardware and software
·
Ensure that support tickets are addressed efficiently
·
Perform routine
system checks and updates to ensure system performance and security
·
Provide user
training and guidance on IT best practices where needed.
Office based with a
limited number of field calls
