Job Title Accountancy / Finance Graduate
Musgrave supports thousands of retail and foodservice family businesses across Ireland. Through brands such as SuperValu, Centra, Daybreak, Frank and Honest and Musgrave MarketPlace, we help feed one in three people in Ireland every day.
That scale creates real opportunity. As a Musgrave Graduate, you’ll contribute to work that supports local communities, strengthens our business and helps shape long-term sustainable growth. Our values guide how we do that — through honest relationships, trust, hard work and a commitment to doing the right thing.
Our Finance teams play a key role in supporting business performance, strategic decision-making and long-term sustainable growth through financial insight, analysis and business partnering.
As a Finance Graduate, you will gain experience across a range of finance disciplines and business areas, developing both technical finance expertise and commercial understanding. Through a combination of rotational experiences, on-the-job learning and exposure to key business activities, you will build the skills required to support decision-making, influence stakeholders and drive business performance.
To support your professional development, you will be financially supported to achieve the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) professional qualification through the CGMA Finance Leadership Programme. Successful completion of this qualification is a requirement of the Finance Graduate Programme.
The professional experience gained throughout the Programme is aligned with the CIMA Competency Framework and contributes towards the practical experience requirements for the CGMA designation.
